Internships
The Fort Wayne-Allen County Department of Health regulary receives requests for internships from students who are interested in gaining on-site practical work experience to enhance their knowledge and understanding of public health. The Department does try to accommodate internships whenever time and resources allow. Internships must be taken for academic credit with the approval of the student's respective college or university. Students must submit an application form and agree to be interviewed prior to placement within the Department. No salary or stipend is offered at this time.
