General Information


The Clinical Services Division serves the public by providing exemplary healthcare and education with efficiency and empathy in an environment that fosters respect, tolerance, personal responsibility and collaboration.
  


Evaluation, treatment and education is provided to clients in a respectful and confidential manner for the following suspected infections:      
  • Active and latent Tuberculosis    
  • Sexually Transmitted Infections    
  • Hepatitis    
  • Parasites  
  • Or other potentially communicable infections.  

STD Appointments: 

  •  Call 449-7504 and press prompt #1, then #3, and then #1.
  •  If you have symptoms, we will try to schedule you within one business day.
  •  If you are not having symptoms and wish to have routine testing or follow-up, we 
     will schedule an appointment at a time most convenient for you as the schedule  allows. 
  •   Evening appointments are available on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.   

Walk-in appointments are available. Clients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis; it is suggested that you arrive at the time posted in parenthesis for the best chance to be seen.

For all scheduled and walk-in appointments, you are encouraged to print and complete the "Intake Form" found at the link below, and bring to the clinic for your appointment.

Infectious Disease Appointments:   

  • By appointment only; call 449-7504 to schedule.     
  • Appointments to see a physician are made upon a referral from another physician or health care entity in the community.
  • TB skin testing for the general public is available for a fee of $15.
